Thailand is the country I visited the most often - sixteen times during the period from 1988 and 2001. I think I know it quite well as I went there six times as a tour leader organizing so called budget tours for Opal Tours and Haxel Adventure Tours companies from Poland. I consider Thailand as one of the most interesting Asian destinations famous for its spectacular historical architecture, stunning nature (including well established National parks), beautiful beaches, exceptionally friendly people (Thailand is sometimes called "A land of Smiles") and probably the best cuisine in the world - at least my favourite - just before Chinese). All the pictures in the first four chapters of Thailand (14 pages) pages were taken during my latest trip to that country in November 2001, when I was accompanied with my wife Joie and my parents. |
