The trail between Pothana and Bhichok Dheurali winds gently on the heavily forested ridge with some very spectacular views over Annapurna South, Hiunchuli and Dhaulagiri.


The village of Tolka, easily accessible from Pokhara in one day, offers good accommodation and great views.

Landrung is a largest Gurung village located on the eastern slope of Modi Khola.
